Travel - Airport is 10 mins drive from the apartment, taxis are readily available, car hire from the airport also available depending on arrival times.

Accessibility - There is a side gate to the apartment from ground level so there are no steps to enter the apartment, ideal for elderly, wheel chairs and push chairs. The apartment has a communal pool which is shared with the other 19 apartments within this very small and friendly complex. The apartment has pool views from the balcony.

Distances - 5 mins walk to the beaches and shops, restaurants and bars, 100 yards to nearest supermarket.

Golf - A new golf course has been built on the fringe of Puerto del Carmen, this is located approximately 800 yards from the apartment complex.

Skiing & Scuba Diving - Jet skis, paragliding, water skiing, banana boats, pedalos, most watersports are within minutes of the apartment on lovely beach of Playa Chica. Boat trips to Fuerteventura, submarine safaries and fishing excursions are all accessible from Old Town Harbour, minutes away. So it is fun for everyone. Scuba Diving is a must in Puerto Del Carmen, this is the main area on Lanzarote for diving, all facilities are available for beginners through to experienced divers.
